The service

Birta Coach is a planning and wellbeing app on web and iOS, operated by NexoItec Studios (a sole proprietorship in Iceland). By using Birta you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Subscription and pricing

• New users get one week of everything, free — no commitment.
• After the trial the subscription is $9.99/month or $49.99/year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel anytime and keep access through the paid period.
• Web payments are processed by Creem (merchant of record), iOS purchases by Apple; their refund rules apply. Fair refund requests are also always answered at support@birtacoach.com.

Not medical care

Birta offers planning support and encouragement — not medical advice, treatment or diagnosis. If you are struggling seriously, please seek professional help.

Your data

What you enter is yours. You can export and delete it all — see the Privacy Policy. We claim no rights to use your content for anything but running the service for you.

Fair use

Do not abuse the service: no attempts to access others' data, deliberate overload, or reselling access. Accounts violating this may be closed.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard on reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. NexoItec Studios' liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes and governing law

Material changes will be published here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by Icelandic law.
